Pursuant to the Decision of the Board of Governors and in accordance with the Academic Calendar of Slobomir P University for the 2025/2026 academic year, the Rector of Slobomir P University hereby issues the following

NOTICE

Article 1.

(1) The non-working days at Slobomir P University in connection with the forthcoming January public holidays are: 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026 through 16 January 2026.

(2) The first working day of 2026 is 19 January 2026.

Article 2.

(1) University services will not operate on non-working days, and no activities within the academic and teaching process will take place at the University.

(2) No teaching activities with students will be conducted on non-working days.

Article 3.

(1) Teaching staff, associates, and students are required to complete all scheduled activities for the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year by 30 December 2025.

(2) Examination registrations for the January–February examination period may be submitted electronically, and in person at the Student Services Office, by 30 December 2025 and from 19 January 2026.

Article 4.

(1) Deans of faculties and academies are required to inform all teaching staff, associates, and students of this Decision without delay.

(2) This Decision shall be published on the University notice board and website.

Article 5.

This Decision enters into force on the date of its adoption.
