STUDENT LOANS TO PAY TUITION FEES WITH A GRACE PERIOD
The loan is approved for tuition for the current and next school year, in accordance with the demand for loan.
Manner of loan disbursement: at the beginning of the school year for each school year for which the loan was granted, with evidence of previously completed year of study.
Repayment period: up to 84 months, which consists of a grace period that can last a maximum of 48 months (repayment of the loan can be contracted without grace period) and repayment of principal and interest, in monthly installments. Grace period means that for a certain defined period of not repaying principal, but only the interest.
Loan amount: up to 16,000 KM
The nominal interest rate is (NCS): 9.25%
The effective interest rate is (EIR): 10.03% (effective interest rate is calculated on the amount of the loan with the use of NIR 9.25%, processing fee of 1.50% of the loan amount and the cost of managing the loan account 1.90 KM)
Repayment of interest grace period: in the grace period, at the end of each month
If a student loses a year or leave the study, the loan is due for payment immediately.

SCHOLARSHIP
Slobomir P University is an institution that strives to their best students meet when it comes to paying tuition, and for this reason was established and the “Fund for talents and solidarity” from whom will this year for scholarships for high school students and students will be allocated 500,000 KM. For this Fund will be for students with an average 5.00 rating out of high school have secured a scholarship of 3,000 KM (free education).
Each academic year University selects student with the highest average, which has the right to deduction of 20% of tuition fees for the current academic year. In addition to these scholarships, students Slobomir University have the opportunity to apply for scholarships at the municipal, city, republic and state level, and to equally compete for the number of foreign scholarships.
TUITIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
The yearly tuition at the Faulty of Economics and Management is 3,000.00KM. In the tuition price are included all the expenses of the exam applications, in the predicted timeframe, courses and seminars organized at the University, usage of the Internet club, University library and other administrative expenses.
Students are enabled to pay the tuition in ten equal monthly installments. During the enrollment the students also pay the expenses of the enrollment material, which costs 50.00KM as well as the insurance, 30.00KM.
The tuition at the Faculty of Economics and Management in case of reenrollment, i.e. renewal of the year is paid according to the unrealized ECTS points – following the formula:
The number of unrealized ECTS points from the year of the reenrollment x 30.00KM.
Slobomir P University is the institution which tends to ease the tuition paying to the best students, because of that the “Fund for talents and solidarity” was founded and from it 500,000KM will be intended for the best high school and faculty students. From this fund, the students with the average high school score of 5.00 will be provided with 3,000KM (free studying).
The future students can also achieve the following benefits when paying the tuition:
– the possibility of getting a discount when paying a tuition by the participation at the high school competitions
– the paying of tuition after the completion of studies: the possibility of student’s loan on seven years, with grace period of four years
– the paying of the tuition via standard student loans
Because of the catastrophic floods which happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia, Slobomir P University in cooperation with Pavlovic International Bank enabled the current and future students to pay their tuitions via non-interest loans in the mentioned bank.
Besides the mentioned scholarships the students of the Slobomir P University have the possibility to apply for the scholarships at the municipal, local, republic and state level, and to also apply equally for the scholarships abroad.
INTEREST-FREE STUDENT LOANS
Due to the catastrophic floods that occurred in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia, SPU, in cooperation with the Pavlovic International Bank has provided possibility that students can pay their tuition through interest-free loan with the said bank.
The loan is intended for students who regularly attend study, to pay tuition for the current and next school year. It is repayable in equal monthly installments (maximum 12 installments), and accrued interest is payed by University, while the loan applicant (student) pay only the principal.
