Tuition Fees
Tuition fee amounts for one academic year.
Annual tuition fee
Domestic students: 3,500 BAM
International students: 5,000 BAM
Annual tuition fee
Domestic students: 4,500 BAM
International students: 6,000 BAM
Annual tuition fee
First-cycle studies: 6,000 BAM
Second-cycle studies: 8,000 BAM
First-cycle international students: 8,000 BAM
Second-cycle international students: 12,000 BAM

Year Renewal and Enrolment Fees
Fees applicable to year renewal, regular enrolment and extension of final-year completion status.
First- and second-cycle studies
- First-cycle studies: 1,500 BAM
- First-cycle international students: 2,500 BAM
- Second-cycle studies: 2,000 BAM
- Second-cycle international students: 3,000 BAM
Enrolment and final-year completion status
- First- and second-cycle enrolment fee: 100 BAM
- Enrolment fee for international students: 400 BAM
- Final-year completion status, up to two outstanding examinations: 400 BAM
- Final-year completion status, more than two outstanding examinations: 800 BAM
- Renewal of final-year completion status: 400 BAM
Payment Methods
- Students who pay the full tuition fee in one payment receive a 10% discount.
- Tuition may be paid in instalments in accordance with the Study Agreement, without the one-time payment discount.
Academic Achievement Discounts
Discounts are based on the academic achievement attained during previous years of study.

Other Administrative and Academic Fees
The Fee Schedule also includes charges for issuing diplomas and certificates, recognition of examinations and foreign higher education qualifications, final thesis topic registration, mentoring and administrative support, final thesis defence, transferred and differential examinations, and other administrative procedures.
